Types Of Braces

Braces have pretty much lost the negative association that used to go with them, because there are many different types in many different styles with different teeth straightening speeds on the market today. Some children actually want to wear them just for their appeal!

Here are some types of braces with a bit of information on each one.

Ceramic braces:
Ceramic braces are similar to metal braces in size and shape, but they have tooth-colored or clear brackets that blend in with your teeth. They are almost invisible, but cannot be used for serious dental problems and can only be used for teens and adults. Treatment with Invisalign also take longer than with other braces. Read More..

Accelerated braces:
Accelerated orthodontic braces can benefit both teenagers and adults. Conventional braces take between 2-3 years to let you have that fully boosted smile, while accelerated orthodontics like ClearAligners could get you there in between 3 to 8 months. Accelerated braces like ClearAligners correct mild to moderate upper or lower teeth crowding, and is an inexpensive way to get your smile to the way you want it much faster.
